Find your exact ASUS model before downloading drivers
Use the complete model code, including its suffix, before choosing a driver or BIOS file. A family name alone does not identify the correct package.
Applies to: ASUS Windows notebooks and PCs. This guide identifies a device; it does not establish driver compatibility or an update requirement.
Find the complete model
- Open Windows System Information and record the System Model field.
- Alternatively, open Dxdiag and read System Model.
- Record BIOS Version/Date in System Information. MyASUS, when installed, also exposes BIOS information.
- If Windows is unavailable, consult the ASUS instructions below for checking the model in your BIOS interface.
Resolve a mismatch before downloading
If the device label, Windows information and support page disagree, stop. Keep the exact strings and ask ASUS to resolve the identity. Do not trim suffix letters to make a result match.
Use the model in this directory
Enter the complete code in model search. If a page asks for a hardware or BIOS variant, select the exact option corresponding to your device. A missing result is a directory gap, not permission to use the nearest name.
For example, BR1100C and BR1100F have separate pages. These links demonstrate identity separation; they are not recommendations for another device.
